Privacy Statement

This website has been created using Ghost.  Ghost does not use any tracking cookies of any kind.  If you sign up to the newsletter, order an item, or make an enquiry (this is called subscriber data), some of your personal data will be on the system.

I consider that your personal data is just that, personal to you.  I will only maintain the minimum amount of personal data which allows me to provide you with information about newsletters, offers, or to answer an enquiry.  Your data is secure and will not be passed on to any third parties.

I do have links on the website which take you to other pages with which I have a connection, but these are also secure.  Where I post a link to a website over which I have no control, this security is limited - so please consider before you click on that link - I will try to ensure these external links are secure, but I cannot guarantee this.

You have rights about your personal data.  If you receive an email based marketing communication from me, you will have asked us to do this (called opting in), we do not make opting in the default option.   You can also ask me to unsubscribe you from the newsletter and any other marketing communications at any time.

Additionally, you have the right to:

  • Ask that I correct or update any personal information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
  • Ask that I erase your personal data from the system.
  • Ask that I stop processing your data or restrict processing where I do not have legitimate grounds which override your interests, rights and freedoms.
  • Request access to the personal information I hold about you.
  • Object to me profiling your data, where I do not have legitimate grounds which override your interests, rights and freedoms.
  • Request that any data provided by you in the context of actively consenting to some form of processing, be returned to you or transferred to another company in electronic form.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK.
